The house and grounds were completely remodeled to the highest standards in 2009, so your senses won't be assaulted by crimson carpets, busy floral fabrics, clunky carved wooden furniture or nicnacs! Instead you'll enjoy upscale, comfortable, contemporary, family friendly furnishings and accessories.
Just 15 minutes easy drive from disney the house is in a prime position at the end of a cul-de-sac on a small (just 73 homes), quiet community near everything the area has to offer.
Unwind by the private, screened, heated pool that overlooks a conservation area or play a game on the 8 foot slate bed pool table in the games room and then, when you're played out, lounge in front of one of the 6 flat screen tvs (50 inch in the family room).
All six tvs' have DVD players and cable, and the central air conditioning/heating will keep you at the perfect temperature whilst the upscale furnishings pamper you. There's also free, unlimited, ultra-highspeed WiFi wireless internet access at the house and an office area overlooking the pool, so if you need to work during your vacation you can do it in comfort.
Why rent a 'vanilla villa' stuck out in Davenport, Clermont or Haines City when you can enjoy this fantastic, executive home in Kissimmee?!

5 bedrooms | With over 2,800 sqare feet of space (more than most) it's a big house and comfortably sleeps 10 people. Both the master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with granite counters and his 'n hers hand-basins. Every bedroom has a flat screen LCD tv with a built in DVD player and cable, a large closet, plenty of storage for clothes and belongings, a ceiling fan with a dimmable light and most importantly a 12" thick luxurious mattress to ensure a restful sleep. So relax...you'll love this place! |
Master one (ensuite) | 15' x 16' with a fantastic king bed, this large room has a walk-in closet and plenty of storage for your belongings and the shopping you're bound to do. There's a fantastic ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bathtub, his 'n hers hand-basins and a separate toilet. There's also an oversized full length mirror and a comfortable lounger with footstool, ideal for nursing mothers. A 32" LCD tv with built in DVD player and cable makes this a truly luxurious room. |
Master two (ensuite) | A fabulous leather queen bed and views of the conservation area this is a stylish room. As with master one it has a walk-in closet and plenty of storage, a full length mirror and a modern chair. There's also a wall mounted LCD tv with a built in DVD player and cable, for those lazy mornings or early nights. The ensuite bathroom has a full bath-tub, shower, his 'n hers hand-basins and toilet...this is a lovely room and deer have been spotted grazing nearby from its dual aspect windows. |
| Queen bedroom | A good size room with a stylish queen leather bed, a large fitted closet and ample storage, a full length mirror and chair it's a good sized dual aspect room. It's near the family bathroom and has views of the conservation area. And for good measure there's an LCD tv with built in DVD player and cable, so you can enjoy some 'you time' too. |

| Twin two | A large room with two comfortable, contemporary twin beds, plenty of storage, a full length mirror and chair it's a really lovely room and is near the family bathroom too. It has an LCD tv with built in DVD player and cable, so everyone can enjoy their own bit of luxury. |
| 3.5 bathrooms | Both the Master bedrooms are ensuite, with his 'n hers hand-basins. The third upstairs bathroom is a full family bathroom with bath-tub, shower, hand-basin and toilet. The 1/2 bathroom downstairs is a good size and has a toilet and hand-basin. All the bathrooms have granite counters, mirrors, power outlets and various other accoutrements. |
| Heated screened pool/deck | The pool is very private and overlooks the conservation area at the rear of the property, so you won't have to get too friendly with the neighbours...unless YOU choose to. It's heated and screened with a safety fence to keep the wildlife outside and young children safe. There's a good selection of comfortable, quality furniture making alfresco dining a real pleasure. |

| Ceiling fans/lights | The bedrooms and the family living room all have ceiling fans with dimmable lights to keep the air circulating and the lighting perfect.....to create the perfect atmosphere and ensure you don't wake the kids up when you put their light on. |
| Kitchen | Granite counters and top of the range stainless steel appliances provide stylish functionality. There's a large GE side by side fridge/freezer with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, a GE cooker with an extra large oven, a GE microwave oven with lighting and extractor fan and a GE 12 place full size dishwasher. Theres also a kettle, coffee-maker, blender and toaster in the kitchen. Quality cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots & pans, mugs and cooking utensils are also provided. Cook up a storm or order in, the choice is yours...there's nothing you can't do in this kitchen. |
| Utility room | Fully equipped with a 4cuft Maytag washing machine, separate Maytag dryer, iron & board, mop & bucket and indoor broom & pan; it's got everything you need in a separate room, out of sight and earshot on the ground floor. Many houses have upstairs utility rooms, which seems like a great idea until the noise and vibration keeps everyone awake! |
| Family living room | 22' x 15' with an enormous leather sofa and chairs, a 50" flat-screen tv showing over 200 channels, a selection of interactive HD content and 50 radio channels to choose from and a combined VCR/DVD player, it's a great room to relax in and has views of the pool and the conservation area behind the house. |
| Formal living room | Two stylish leather sofas and a coffee table provide an alternative place to relax away from the television or to keep the evening alive after dinner. So you can indulge in some old fashioned pleasures like reading or having a conversation...we love this area and hope you will too. |
| Dining room | Comfortably seating 10, the dining room is near the kitchen and next to the formal living room. Although near to the kitchen it's separate enough for you to enjoy long relaxed meals with the option to leave the table and continue your evening on the sofas in the adjacent formal living room. |
| Games room | An 8 foot slate bed pool-table and minature table-tennis table, guarantee hours of fun and with a table and chairs too, this a great room to escape the tv and unwind, whilst working on your pool skills. |
| Office nook | Whether you need to do some serious work or just quietly write your postcards the office nook is ideal. And you can still keep an eye on the kids in the pool, or the kids can keep an eye on you in the pool whilst doing their homework, colouring, web-surfing. It's surprising how popular this room is with everyone and few vacation homes have one. |

| Security | Being at the end of a cul-de-sac on a small community gives the house a very secure location. Sadly crime is a global problem, so we've installed a monitored alarm system and external CCTV at the property, including the pool deck. Being robbed during your vacation sucks so we've invested heavily to deter criminals, giving our guests added peace of mind. |
